With more than a decade of industry experience, Bill Cordts brings an extensive knowledge of Greater Boston real estate, communities, neighborhoods, and market trends, which he puts to use for every client he serves. Bill's passion for service and devotion to his clients have helped produce hundreds of satisfied customers & he looks forward to many more at Charlesgate.

Bill has worked in Boston real estate since 2009. He started as a rental agent while in grad school then moved into a combination of leasing, sales, and property management. Bill joined Charlesgate Realty's sales and leasing divisions in 2022. His unique background, market expertise, and customer-centered focus make him a valued addition to the team.

When not at work, Bill can usually be found at home in Waltham, where he lives with his wife Heidi, their children William (4) and Samuel (2), and pet rabbit Mr. Bunchley (9). Bill's originally from Troy, NY and has a lot of family there (plus the old area code). He's a double alumnus of Boston University (CAS '07, STH '11).
